Marketing Tech Support

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Tech Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be competent in building marketing funnels with some integration experience, ideally with tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, Active Campaign and Stripe. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience who is eager to grow in the digital marketing field. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning and improving their skills in funnel building and integrations.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

– Assist in designing, developing, and optimizing sales funnels using GoHighLevel (GHL) to enhance customer engagement and drive sales growth.
– Help implement and manage integrations using Zapier to ensure smooth data flow and automation across various platforms and tools.
– Support the setup and configuration of payment gateways using Stripe, ensuring secure and efficient transaction processes.
– Set up targeted email marketing campaigns, leveraging Active Campaign to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
– Participate in conducting A/B tests to optimize funnel performance and improve key metrics such as conversion rates and click-through rates.
– Reporting & Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of funnels and campaigns, providing regular reports and actionable insights to the team.
– Collaboration: Work closely with the cross functional teams to align funnel strategies with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive customer experience.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

– Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
– Some experience or familiarity with building and optimizing sales funnels, preferably using GoHighLevel (GHL).
– Basic proficiency in using Zapier for integrations and automation.
– Some experience or knowledge of setting up and managing payment gateways, specifically Stripe.
– Interest or initial experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns, with a preference for experience using ActiveCampaign.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
– Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Eagerness to learn and grow in the digital marketing field.

Preferred Qualifications

– Recent certification in digital marketing, funnel building, or related fields.
– Experience with other email marketing tools and CRM systems.
