Job Description

We are a boutique digital marketing agency, that is passionate about powering small to medium-sized organizations with impactful marketing campaigns and immersive digital experiences. We artfully blend strategy, storytelling, and a mix of tried-and-tested and innovative solutions to amplify customer engagement and propel growth. We empower our clients to captivate their audiences by revitalizing their digital presence through user-focused website redesigns, advanced CRM applications, and goal-oriented marketing campaigns. Our efforts facilitate seamless marketing journeys that not only enhance customer interactions but also accelerate revenue growth. With client success as our driving force, we are committed to transforming their visions into powerful digital realities.

We’re looking for a versatile marketing technician to join our team, with a key role in driving growth and delivering effective client services. Your main tasks? Generating leads and supporting our sales teams with practical marketing collateral. This crucial role is the first step in building out our marketing fulfillment team. In this role, you’ll be asked to handle a variety of activities on a daily basis, utilizing a range of skills and tools. While we don’t expect you to be an expert at everything we ask you to do, the willingness and ability to adapt, learn new tools, and continually develop new skills is essential.

This position will be responsible for consistently and effectively executing marketing campaigns and ongoing client services.

This role will be supported by the Agency Director and client support staff who have set clear 90-day and 2-year outcomes for the business. The technician will be given expert-level training and work closely with our sales team and an Agency Director. Eventually, if you are able to deliver results, high-quality service, and demonstrate ongoing professional growth, you will be eligible to move into the Marketing Manager role in the Company.

Job Summary:
– Part-time position to start – 15-25 hours per week, including significant self-training and research. (option for full-time)
– Location independent – can work from anywhere
– Must be available to attend meetings during US Central Time zone workday (usually 2 per week)
– 4-week paid trial, then ongoing engagement with opportunity for performance-based incentives
– This job would need to be your main focus – as opposed to one of many side projects

This is a special position and unique opportunity for the type of person that loves digital marketing, considers themselves to be a good writer, loves learning from experienced people in the industry and has a real thirst for personal and professional growth.

As a Digital Marketing Technician, You Will Be Doing the Following:
– Manage and scale our current digital marketing campaigns and initiatives from beginning to end. You’ll create SOPs for what we’re already doing, and own the improvements and re-launch of these campaigns!
– Find new ways to leverage existing content and increase offers to our customer base. This means having a desire to know the pains of the markets we serve, so you can help us solve them.
– Heavy emphasis on direct response marketing. We want to know which assets and campaigns convert prospects to leads, then improve our poor-performing campaigns to generate more transformation and sales. We’re using GoHighLevel CRM and Google Analytics.
– Schedule out the timelines of projects and ensure execution. You’ll need to understand the details of what’s needed, so you can plan out the full project. We’ll help you with this.
– Work with the Agency Director and client contacts to produce marketing content and sales enablement marketing collateral. You’ll have the support of developers and a designer to help you as needed.
– Create graphics, flyers, and update other collateral as needed using tools like Canva.
– Improve and set up sales funnels with GoHighLevel and/or WordPress. You don’t need to be a programmer, but you need to become proficient with the click-to-build features of both services. We will get you started, but you’ll need to put in the time to understand our tools.
– Support client WordPress websites (e.g. making content updates, updating plugins, backups, etc…)
– Research competitors, and aggregate best practices and recommendations
– Creating marketing reports that are informative and actionable.
– Basic to intermediate search engine optimization, utilizing easy-to-use tools and following comprehensive training as needed.
– If you do exceptionally well, you will eventually manage a marketing team, all meetings, to-dos, and follow-ups. You’ll be given clear outcomes each quarter to focus on. Your ability to hit those outcomes is how we measure how well you’re doing.

Requirements
– Be results-oriented. If you don’t produce results, you’re not likely a fit for our team. This means generating leads and providing excellent service.
– You have a strong digital marketing foundation and you are committed to continuing to learn and grow.
– You are a strong writer and are confident in your ability to write sales copy.
– You have constructed at least one successful sales funnel, even if it’s small.
– Able to start immediately
– Back up your marketing genius with real metrics week to week.
– Have a system for tracking the most relevant KPIs.
– Extremely tech savvy and proficient in online apps and tools required to run an online business
