My services support gut health, hormone health, thyroid health, chronic fatigue, peri-menopause, menopause, adrenal health, cardiometabolic issues, and more. My practice operates via telemedicine, and I am currently expanding my reach and impact through strategic marketing initiatives.

Job Description:
I am seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Virtual Assistant to join my team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for functional medicine and wellness, with experience in building marketing funnels, copywriting, social media marketing, and automation. This role will support my marketing efforts to attract and retain patients, increase engagement, and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Funnels:
Design and implement effective marketing funnels to capture and nurture leads.
Monitor and optimize funnels to ensure high conversion rates.
Collaborate with me to develop compelling lead magnets and calls-to-action.

Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to generate new leads for my practice.
Utilize various channels (e.g., social media, email marketing, content marketing) to attract potential patients.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.

Copywriting:
Write engaging and informative copy for various platforms, including websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
Ensure all content aligns with my brand voice and messaging.
Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO.

Social Media Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and schedule posts across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

Email Marketing and Automation:
Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails.
Develop and implement email nurture series to engage and educate leads.
Set up and manage automation workflows to streamline marketing processes.
Track and analyze email performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

General Marketing Support:
Assist with the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.
Collaborate with me on marketing campaigns and promotions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing funnels, copywriting, social media marketing, and email automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Canva, WordPress, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of functional medicine and wellness is a plus.
Creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
