Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant on the Marketing Team, you will make a direct impact to Aparavi’s yearly revenue goals by highlighting our marketing spend and results in the form of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in addition to managing the HubSpot platform to enable sales to complete quarterly goals. You will be working with a team delivering reports created in HubSpot, Google, and more to give insights to the organization. In addition to that, you will be creating and editing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) content to drive website traffic, eventually expanding to landing page and email content. You will be working directly with the marketing director and marketing manager to execute a variety of digital strategies and report on their results.

Role & Responsibilities
• Manage HubSpot/be the expert go-to resource for our sales CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Create dynamic reports in HubSpot reporting on sales campaigns, campaign performance, and individual sales rep performance
• Assist management and stakeholders to ensure full utilization of platform capabilities to maximize return on investment
• Enable sales team by highlighting current pipeline and opportunities vs. dollars spent in weekly reports
• Daily administration of the CRM to support the development and success of the Sales, Marketing, and Operations strategies through understanding priorities and executing operational plans to increase cross-functionality in the sales
• Deliver quarterly and monthly revenue reports consisting of ROI (Return on Investment) reporting, sales goals, opportunities, and campaign successes
• Ensure data cleanliness and complete content of the CRM
• Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design templates, calls-to-action and content used in email sends
• Work with key stakeholders to analyze website/email behaviors and searched/downloaded content to create most effective targeted campaigns and to segment lists accordingly
• Measure results and optimize the nurture tracks and marketing automation for these segments to convert leads to customers
• Account for lead generation process/results from emails and inbound efforts
• Create rich product marketing content to be used in campaigns and SaaS go-to-market documents
• Collaborates with marketing team to edit and post a collective of SEO driven blogs every week
• Work with marketing manager to track SEO keywords and identify keyword opportunities on a weekly basis

Required Skills & Education
• 2+ years’ experience managing CRMs with 1+ years’ working with HubSpot
• HubSpot Certifications (preferred) HubSpot Sales Hub, HubSpot Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub
• Google Analytics experience
• 1+ years’ experience with content writing
• Detailed, extremely accurate, analytical, well organized, and excellent communicator
• Experience with revenue and sales reporting
• Bachelor’s degree or similar experience in marketing or any related studies
Preferred Skills
• Experience with SEO content writing and editing
• Experience with SEM campaigns
• Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) or tech preferred
