You would need to build new relationships and reach-out to homeowner, realtors, contractors etc. to offer our services.

Job description.

• Reach out to the target market mentioned above to offer our services Via, email, call, social media etc.
• We will do the same reach-out and connect with affiliates/brokers and build new partnerships for referrals.
• Always use our CRM to stay organized
• Create and post ads for social media
• Run Paid social media campaigns
• Create and post articles on our websites
• Create and send newsletters and nurture contacts databases for the same
• Create and post ads for classifieds, forums groups etc. (some are paid)
• Join all the different related groups on Facebook or outside of Facebook where you may reach you to target market.
• Create Citations
• Plus, other miscellaneous tasks.

MUST:
• Experience with Real Estate industry specially in construction
• Social Media
• Facebook Groups a must
• Canva Knowledge
• Chat GPT (this makes everything else as you should know a breeze)
• Quick to use and learn about all the AI tools available.
• Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent English
• Must have great reliable internet
• Internet research

Candidate can NOT have any other job during the hours that will interfere with your work with us.

Hours 9 to 6 PST (lunch time between 12-1)
Base + commission
Payment via PayPal every 15th and 31st of the month.
