1. **Marketing Plan Development:**
– Ability to execute a marketing calendar in Loomly.
– Build and schedule CRM Drip/touch plans.
– Create landing pages.

2. **Listing Marketing:**
– Capability to create and publish listings marketing on a schedule.
– Ability to scrape contacts and create MailChimp campaigns for our listings.

3. **Facebook and Social Media lead gen:**
– Consistently monitor key Facebook groups looking for posts and comments to tag and point our agents to leads.
– Post property listings daily in multiple groups.

4. **CRM and Email Metrics:**
– Add and maintain leads in Lofty CRM.
– Proficiency in monitoring email open rates and reply rates.
– Ability to maintain an up-to-date lead count and provide regular reports on email engagement.

5. **Website Building and Analytics:**
– Proficiency in tracking and reporting website visitors and returning visitors.
– Ability to efficiently build websites.

7. **Content Creation:**
– Proficiency in writing copy and designing marketing and recruiting documents.
– Expert in Canva.
– Ability to complete case study blogs with data provided by the sales team.

8. **Podcast Management:**
– Ability to research podcasts relating to our industry, find contact information, and schedule agents on monthly podcasts.
– Skills in providing talking points and follow-up to ensure recordings are completed and posted on Social media
– Provide recording to the editing team to use for Social Media content.
