Job Summary:

Ironbrij is a dynamic and growing organization seeking an experienced Marketing VA to support our marketing initiatives and optimize performance across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in utilizing advanced tools and platforms, including Meta, Google Tag Manager, programmatic media, and aggregator apps, to drive exceptional results for our virtual brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Support:
– Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our virtual brands.
– Support the utilization of advanced marketing tools and platforms, such as Meta, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic media, to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
Data-Driven Campaign Optimization:
– Help leverage data insights and analytics to optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring efficient allocation of marketing budgets and driving measurable results.
– Assist in utilizing aggregator apps such as Just Eat and Uber Eats to enhance our marketing reach and impact, optimizing our presence on these platforms to drive performance.
Marketing Technology Assistance:
– Support the implementation and utilization of advanced marketing technologies, including Meta, Google Tag Manager, and programmatic media, to enhance targeting, tracking, and campaign optimization.
– Assist in driving innovation and efficiency in marketing efforts by leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms to maximize the impact of our marketing initiatives.
Budget Management Support:
– Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to assist in managing marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI across performance marketing channels.
– Provide support in driving continuous improvement in budget allocation and optimization strategies, utilizing data and insights to inform decisions and drive exceptional performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data and insights, procurement, and operations, to ensure alignment and synergy across marketing and performance optimization efforts.
– Assist in leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with the procurement team to optimize menus and promotional strategies to drive marketing performance and maximize ROI.

Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
– Relevant certifications in performance marketing, digital advertising, or marketing technology are a plus.
– Demonstrated interest in and familiarity with performance marketing tools and platforms.
– Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing marketing technologies and platforms to optimize campaign performance.
– Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly to support performance marketing efforts.
