Ideal Start Date: August 5th, 2024

Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM QLD time with a half-hour unpaid break

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support:

Manage Google My Business listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Implement and optimize SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive website traffic.

Oversee website management, including content updates and improvements to user experience.

Create generic content for marketing materials, blog posts, and social media platforms.

Customer Service and Sales:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and support.

Assist in managing sales inquiries and processing orders efficiently.

Follow up on meeting requests and ensure timely communication with clients.

CRM management.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Support the recruitment process for new therapists, including managing applications and conducting initial screenings.

Assist in onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team.

Administrative Support:

Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and recruitment processes.

Required Skills, Training, and Experience:

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

Strong understanding of marketing principles, including SEO and content creation.

Experience with Google My Business and website management.

Familiarity with the Australian healthcare sector, particularly the NDIS, is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficient in using digital tools and platforms for communication, marketing, and customer management.

Preferred Skills, Training, and Experience:

Previous experience working with Australian companies.

Knowledge of medical equipment for disabled and elderly individuals.

Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes.

Great communication skills.

CSR and good English.

Marketing background.
