About me and my company:
Over the past year, I’ve grown my consultancy business by helping clients with a range of marketing services. I’ve set up and managed Shopify stores, handled Facebook and Google Ads, worked on pricing strategy for e-learning businesses, managed email marketing, and more. In March, I started making YouTube videos and social media content about business to start building a personal brand. Now, I want to take things to the next level!
The Opportunity:
Content creation, service delivery, and working on acquiring more clients is a lot, so now I’m ready to hire my first partner. Together, we’ll ensure we have a systematic way of attracting new clients, delivering top-notch services, and building a strong reputation and brand centered around business and marketing. If you’re looking for a broad marketing role where you can grow and learn as a marketer and gain higher levels of responsibility quickly, this opportunity could be for you!
Role & Responsibilities:
To achieve this, I need a motivated assistant with a good understanding of marketing and a desire to learn more.
Here is what the work will involve:
Content creation
– Edit YouTube videos and highlight clips for Shorts, TikTok, and Reels
– Generate content ideas, draft video scripts, and schedule content on various platforms
– Help find ways to grow on platforms such as X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook etc…
Client acquisition
– Assist in building our marketing funnel (ads, landing pages, lead magnets, emails, etc.)
– Help manage cold email outreach
– Email and chat with prospects to get them to book sales calls
Service fulfillment
– Email marketing
– Creating landing pages
– Managing Facebook/Meta & Google Ads
– Video editing
– Graphic design
– Result reporting and email communication
Personal tasks
– Sometimes assist with personal tasks such as travel planning, researching new business ideas, editing vlogs, etc…
IMPORTANT! If that felt like a lot and you don’t have experience in all of these areas, DON’T WORRY. If you’re tech-savvy and eager to learn, you’ll be able to become more active in each field as we progress. I don’t expect you to be experienced in all of this from the start.
Tools I use:
Notion: For planning, organizing, and managing tasks (both business and personal).
Loom: Too record video messages.
Apollo & Instantly: For cold email outreach.
Descript: For editing videos and clips.
Webflow: For building my website.
Kajabi & Shopify: For client websites.
Klaviyo: For email marketing.
Canva & Figma: For design.
It’s a plus if you already have experience using some of these tools, but don’t worry, they are all easy to learn, and I can teach you in no time. Include the word blue in your first message to show that you read this whole description before sending your application.
Location & Hours:
I’m based in Tbilisi, Georgia, and Bangkok, Thailand, and currently have clients in the USA and Europe. But almost none of the work is time-based, so the schedule is very flexible.
Internet speed & computer:
To perform these tasks, you need an internet speed that allows for lag-free video calls and reasonable video upload times. You also need a computer capable of handling video editing.
English level:
You need to be proficient in both casual and professional English, and able to adapt your language style depending on whether you are for example emailing with a prospect or writing headlines for a landing page.
