Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably with experience in CRM management, graphic design, social media marketing, and building sales funnels.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the management and optimization of customer data and sales pipelines using CRM software (GoHighLevel).
– Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools for social media posts, blog graphics, and email campaigns.
– Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to build and optimize sales funnels, including lead capture pages, landing pages, and email sequences.
– Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
– Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and emerging opportunities.
Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and coordinating project timelines.
Requirements:
– Minimum of one year of experience in marketing or a related role.
– Strong proficiency in CRM software (GoHighLevel) and experience managing customer data and sales pipelines.
– Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools for creating visually appealing marketing materials.
– Demonstrated experience in social media marketing, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
– Experience with building and optimizing sales funnels to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
– Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
