**Salary** Up to $200 a month depending on experience

**Role Overview:**
As a Virtual Assistant at our various businesses, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily operations. You will assist various teams by handling tasks related to administrative support, data management, email marketing, SEO including link building and sales pipeline management amongst other tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in essential tools like Excel, Shopify, Mailchimp, and possesses basic knowledge of Canva/graphic design. You will be responsible for managing tasks through platforms like Trello to ensure efficient task execution.

**Responsibilities:**
– Provide administrative support to different teams within the agency.
– Utilize Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
– Create visually appealing graphics for various marketing materials and campaigns.
– Assist with email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, ensuring timely and accurate email distribution.
– Support SEO efforts by implementing basic optimization strategies.
– Manage and update Google My Business listings for clients.
– Utilize Trello or equivalent tools to map out tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.
– Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.
– Adapt to a flexible work schedule, including potential weekend work, to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications:**
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
– Basic graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
– Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and Google My Business.
– Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
– Prior experience with Trello or equivalent task management tools is a must.
