Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Virtual Assistant specializing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter with a passion for digital marketing and learning. You will start at a competitive rate of up to $90/week for 30 hours of work, with the potential for increased compensation based on skill and experience.

***Primary Responsibilities May Include:***

Execute marketing strategies using tools like Keap and Go High Level
Assist in marketing automation and content marketing initiatives
Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads
Engage with our community via social media platforms
Create visually appealing content with Canva
Learn to use AI tols to help generate more content faster
Conduct SMS marketing efforts to reach customers
Provide comprehensive administrative support
Organize tasks and projects with ClickUp
Coordinate marketing efforts effectively
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Develop and maintain promotional content for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
Utilize business and marketing concepts to support campaign development
Implement sales and lifecycle automation strategies
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Proactively contribute ideas and take initiative in project management
Schedule appointments and contribute to nurturing campaign strategy
Participate in inbound marketing activities
Other administrative support as needed

***Desired Skills and Experience:***
Proven experience in marketing, especially in the context of Keap, Go High Level, or similar CRM / marketing automation platforms you can transfer knowledge from
Proven success creating a plan and executing against the plan to achieve goals successfully
Familiarity with content marketing, email marketing, and social media best practices
Proficiency in digital design tools such as Canva
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, etc.)
Experience with administrative support and marketing coordination***
Understanding of Google Ads and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Knowledge of business, marketing, sales, and lifecycle automation concepts
Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to share innovative ideas
Experience in appointment setting, campaign strategy, and content creation
Background in home improvement marketing would be highly advantageous
Ability to manage social media calendars and content planning is a plus
Excellent English writing and speaking skills
Attention to detail; can self-edit and has a growth mindset

***Compensation:***
Wage/Salary: Up to $90/week to start based on experience fit and skill-level, with increases based on performance after initial trial period
