We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support in various marketing tasks and projects, including marketing writing, content creation, WordPress management, product listing, and other marketing-related activities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent writing skills, have attention to detail, and demonstrate creativity in marketing strategies. They must be able to work independently while following instructions to execute tasks and projects in a timely manner and communicate with consistent updates to their supervisors.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Writing: Create compelling marketing copy for various channels, including emails, social media posts, blog articles, website content, and advertisements.
2. Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content to attract and retain our target audience. This may include articles, blog posts, case studies, infographics, videos, and more.
3. WordPress Management: Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website, including publishing new content, optimizing existing content for SEO, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
4. Marketing Tasks and Projects: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and projects across multiple platforms. This may involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
5. Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends. (Bonus)
6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team as needed, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating projects.
7. Affiliate Program Management: Assist in the management of our affiliate program by onboarding new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing partners, and addressing their queries and concerns promptly. THIS IS A BIG BONUS
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English with exceptional writing and communication skills.
2. Proven experience in marketing writing and content creation.
3. Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems.
4. Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is a plus
8. Previous experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or related fields is preferred.
9. Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms, tracking tools, and analytics software.
10. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
11. Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
