Job Description

We’re looking for a new team member to help us here at Digiwell Marketing!
Our specializations include newsletter management and email marketing. We have been working in the industry for over 3 years!
We are looking for a new team member who will work closely with us on various areas of the business, including managing databases and spreadsheets, newsletter creation, and admin tasks.
All of the work will be back-office and no customer service or client contact will be required 🙂

**Daily Responsibilities will include:**
– Finding newsletter content such as quotes, articles, books, tweets
– Writing headlines and captions for newsletter content
– Creation of databases/spreadsheets
– Research of cross-promotion partners and audience swap partners
– Research sponsorship and affiliate platforms and develop databases
– Help streamline processes overall
– Admin responsibilities such as building simple reports outlining campaign performance
– Other general administrative tasks
Some additional tasks might include:
1. Conducting market research to identify relevant affiliate links to include in our newsletters.
2. Building a database of active affiliate links and organizing them by category.
3. Helping us develop an affiliate marketing strategy that includes a list of potential partners, commission rates, and promotional tactics.
4. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of our affiliate marketing and cross-promo efforts and making adjustments as needed.
5. Conduct research to identify potential partners for audience swaps, including relevant newsletters, social media accounts, and other platforms.
6. Create a database of potential partners and their audience size and demographics.
7. Work with the team to develop a cross-promotion strategy and timeline for executing audience swaps.
8. Analyze data related to audience swaps to determine their effectiveness and make adjustments to the strategy as needed.
Key Skills:
1. Market research skills: ability to conduct research to identify potential platforms and partners for audience swaps, key components of our newsletters, and determine the best content/partners for our network of newsletters.
2. Organization skills: ability to organize information, track progress, and manage logistics related to audience swaps and content research.
3. Analytical skills: ability to analyze data related to audience swaps, performance and use this information to make adjustments to the strategy as needed.
4. Technical skills: Familiarity with relevant tools and software, such as GSuite, Notion, and project management software.
5. Collaboration skills: ability to work collaboratively with our team members to achieve our shared goals.
6. Attention to detail: be detail-oriented, ensuring that all research findings are accurate and meet established guidelines.
Soft Skills:
– Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
– Able to follow instructions well (written or video SOPs)
– Fast learner and self-starter (take initiative and adapt quickly)
In addition to having excellent English communication skills, you will likely be using the applications listed below and some familiarity with them will be beneficial:
– Google Sheets and Docs
– Notion databases
– Slack
– Toggl for Time Management
– ClickUp
Bonus Skills:
– Content creation skills/ familiarity with tools like Canva or basic video editing
– Familiarity with social media platforms and their applications in business
– Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills, and have your role evolve
To qualify for this position, you will need at least 1-year experience in the following areas:
1. Writing skills (blogs, marketing materials)
2. Administrative duties like research, organization of findings + working in Google Sheets
3. Bonus: Content creation (captions, photos, basic video editing)
To begin, this position will be 20hrs/week, ideally with 4 hours per day (Monday-Friday). However, we are flexible.

This is a remote position that starts at 20 hours per week with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will be compensated with a wage of $5 per hour.
As a remote worker, the candidate will need to have access to a stable internet connection and be available to work flexible hours as needed.
If accepted, we will provide trainings on all aspects of your work including standardized operating procedures, and videos.
