Marketing Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Part-Time Marketing Virtual Assistant for our social media and email marketing to build client engagement and increase number of new clients.

Mo Lima Photography is a boutique portrait photography studio offering our clients a luxury experience. We emphasize a comfortable, warm, and creative atmosphere. We specialize in portraiture for individuals (especially women over 40 years old) and families, plus headshots and personal branding photographs for entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Job Responsibilities:
• Virtual Assistant role with very strong American English writing and communication skills
• Social Media Management on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Provide for review and post at least 3-4 posts weekly on each platform, engaging with likes and comments
• Create monthly newsletter and email campaigns

Required Skills:
• Fluent English speaker with excellent writing and grammar
• Familiarity with American etiquette
• Ability to follow approval processes for all work executed and to meet deadlines
• Proficient at creating engaging, actionable social media posts and emails
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented and record-keeping skills are a must
• Comfortable using SocialPilot or similar social media calendar
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Go High Level, HubSpot or similar platform for client emails and newsletters
• Highly dependable and goal-oriented

• High-Speed Internet
• Ability to join virtual meetings online or daily calls.

We are looking for someone available to start work by March 1st.
