As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our marketing department and contribute to our success.
Position Overview: As a Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) at Laurie Finkelstein Reader, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing department by assisting with various tasks and projects. You will collaborate with our marketing team to implement marketing strategies, create content, and help maintain our online presence.
This is a remote, part-time position working from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Assist in creating engaging written and visual content for marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media posts, real estate agent marketing, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Social Media Management:
Design, proof, and develop posts on our social media platforms for still images and short-form videos.
Monitor and engage with the audience on social media, responding to comments and messages.
Email Marketing:
Help with the creation and scheduling of email marketing campaigns, ensuring accurate segmentation and tracking of results.
Website Maintenance:
Assist in updating and maintaining our website content, ensuring it is up-to-date and visually appealing.
Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide insights for marketing strategies.
Graphic Design:
Create or assist in creating simple graphics and visuals for marketing materials using design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Data Entry and Analytics:
Help organize and maintain marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports for analysis.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating tasks.
Agent Support:
Create marketing materials for agents and distribute as needed
Fulfill agent’s marketing requests with attention to detail and accuracy
Deliver marketing materials in a timely manner before the deadline.
Presentation Building:
Assist in the building of presentations in Canva, Google Slides or PowerPoint
Event Support:
Support events by designing invitations, presentations, and follow-up marketing images.
Organization:
Assist in maintaining marketing materials, designs, contacts, programs, and files organized and functional.
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of experience as a Marketing VA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp)
Graphic design skills and proficiency with design tools on Canva.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Great communication skills.
Dependable, reliable, and on time.
Prior experience in marketing or real estate is a plus.
Ability to communicate and execute projects with extreme attention to detail.
