Job Description

20 Hours / Week (Part Time) to start, with opportunity to grow and take on additional marketing roles if a good fit. This is a long-term position, for people looking to grow and move up in management. We want to work with you and nurture your skillset. So we want loyal candidates who are in it for the long haul! We are a real estate team in Florida, organized and ready to train you on everything we want you to do with guided videos.

Manage company’s Google My Business (GMB) Profile:
– Update photos at least 5 times a week on separate days
– Geotag photos before uploading and then categorize them correctly
– Respond to reviews
– Post testimonials at least once a week
– Add posts to GMB for each blog post on our company’s website and link the posts back to our company’s blog posts
– Add products to GMB page for all new listings; remove the products once the houses are sold
– Build out a list of commonly asked questions and answers

Manage company’s website with WordPress:
– Create blog posts with embedded videos that company will post on their social media channels
– Use ChatGPT to write content for the blog posts
– Monitor website for any broken links or error messages

Create with Canva
– Use brand colors and logos on provided templates
– Create Just Listed / Just Sold images and schedule them to post on social pages via Canva calendar; post on GMB
– Create testimonial cards from reviews found on GMB / Zillow / Realtor / FB
– Create thumbnails for GMB / IG / FB posts (using templates we will provide in Canva)

Requirements:
– Fluent English – Speaking – Writing – Listening
– Daily 15-minute video calls with manager at beginning and end of work day (US Eastern Time Zone)
– Proficient computer skills, including: Google Suite (email, drive, business profile manager), , WordPress
– Familiar with social media channels, including: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube
– You have a confident and stylish command of the English language
– Knowledgeable in technology to communicate via computer, smartphone, or text
– Able to manage time effectively and efficiently
– Attention to detail is critical (Include **Florida** in the title of your email when applying)
– Able to create & post time sensitive content within given time frame
– Reliable and fast internet service
– Backup power or you live in a 1st class city with very little power outage a year
– Your time on the job will be tracked
