Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram and Facebook to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
Manage and grow our Facebook group, fostering a vibrant community around our brand.
Create compelling and brand-aligned content for Instagram and Facebook posts, stories, and ads.
Design visually appealing graphics for social media content and promotional materials using Canva.
Schedule and monitor posts using social media management tools.
Analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and report on progress.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our strategies remain relevant and effective.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Engage with followers and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role with a focus on Instagram and Facebook marketing.
Strong understanding of Facebook group dynamics and strategies for growth and engagement.
Proficiency in graphic design with a portfolio demonstrating skills in creating engaging social media graphics, preferably using Canva.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret social media metrics to guide strategy adjustments.
Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Familiarity with social media management tools.
A passion for staying updated on the latest in social media trends and tools.
Work Conditions:
This is a remote position allowing for a flexible work schedule.
Part-time position Must be available to work 9-5pm EST
Must have a reliable internet connection and own computer.
