This is a remote position based on Eastern Standard Time, providing you with flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our success from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:
Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms.
Engage with our audience on social media and pass along any business leads to management.
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize outreach and performance.
Provide support in various marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
Strong passion for marketing and real estate.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of the real estate industry is a plus.

Requirements:
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for design.
Excellent written English skills; familiarity with US slang is a plus.
Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback.
Availability during Eastern Standard Time working hours, 9AM – 3PM.
