Job Description

Join a remote team supporting an American CEO and best-selling author!

Duties include marketing tasks, blog posts in WordPress, CapCut video editing for shorts, CapCut editing vlog-style videos for YouTube (please check out his TikTok & YouTube channel for these), answering emails, customer support, updating spreadsheets, basic graphic design, and more.

Who should apply YES:

Include a link to a Google Drive file of a screenshot of your results.
> You are good at CapCut video editing (or can learn quickly for simple edits)
> You are good at Canva graphic design
> You’ve worked a Customer Support or Virtual Assistant role prior
> You are a good writer: emails, simple articles, photo captions
> You are willing and happy to do other administrative tasks like emails, support, etc

Who should NOT apply:
> You only want to do video editing or graphics work

> Edit short videos in CapCut for use on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc
> Upload short videos to various social media platforms
> Edit vlog-style videos in CapCut for use on YouTube and LinkedIn
> Customer Service & Admin
> Email inbox management
> Message dictation and transcription
> Update databases in Google Sheets and Airtable
> Calendar and meeting management
