Job Description

At SheCEO Virtual Assistant Agency, we are searching for a virtual assistant for a permanent part-time role of 32 hours a week over 4 days.

This position has the potential to become full-time across several of our clients. Salary: 240 PHP per hour, paid per fortnight (bi-weekly).

The Virtual Assistant will support both the DJ agency and the media services side of the business. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, fast learner who can manage a variety of tasks including CRM management, SEO, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Tasks:

Learn and master the Releventful CRM system. Train the owner, Daniel, on how to use the CRM effectively.
Oversee and tweak existing automations within the CRM.
Use to organize and track tasks. Convert Daniel’s voice notes and emails into actionable tasks and ensure they are diarized.
Maintain and update service packages and email templates on .
Convert website forms into CRM contact forms.
Develop and manage onboarding materials for the team.
Perform basic to intermediate SEO tasks for WordPress sites, including creating and managing EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail), writing blogs, and overseeing content updates.
Manage follow-ups with clients, including post-event communications.

Ad Hoc Tasks:

Edit videos, create short-form Reels, and produce monthly VLOGs using Adobe Premiere and Da Vinci Resolve (all footage are in a google drive prepared by the client; tasks will be delegated to what you are going to edit)

Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in video editing
Experience in graphic design and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with CRM systems (Releventful preferred, but similar systems acceptable).
Proficiency with task management tools ( preferred).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO practices for WordPress sites.
Experience with creating EDMs, blogs, and other marketing content.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere for editing and Da Vinci Resolve for color correction.
Fluent English with a professional accent for client interactions and EDMs.
Quick learner of new programs and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule and Pay:
Pay: 240PHP/hour
4 days/week = 32 hours a week, paid fortnightly
Bonus: 6 weekly KPI bonus & 13th month

Hours (PH time); 8 hour days (not including break times)
Monday & Wednesday: 11am – 7pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 9am – 5pm
