Job Description

I’m hiring a general virtual assistant to help me and the team with various tasks, creating systems for the business, and managing marketing activities.

PLEASE NOTE: This position will start as part-time during the first two weeks but will transition to a full-time position after that. I need someone who can make that commitment. I’m NOT looking to be a client for a freelancer. I’m looking for someone to serve as a thought partner and share in the success, both growth and revenue, of the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

Familiarity with social media platforms
Familiarity with project management tools like Trello
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
Experience as a Virtual Assistant (Preferred but not required)
Experience with marketing tasks (e.g., social media management, email marketing, content creation)

ABOUT THE POSITION:

Document admin procedures & then follow those procedures if needed
General admin tasks
Assisting clients with product setup and ensuring a smooth transition
Growing existing client accounts, addressing concerns, and identifying expansion opportunities
Tracking performance indicators and sharing insights
Ensuring client renewals and identifying upsell opportunities
Writing newsletters
Organizing Facebook group posts
Managing social media accounts and creating content
Developing and executing email marketing campaigns
20 hours per week

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

Pay bi-weekly
We pay bonuses for great work
We give pay increases based on performance
