Job Description

SMBC Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly effective Marketing Virtual Assistant with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). The company would like to onboard a highly trainable individual, can effectively engage with potential and existing clients, and will help the Senior Project Manager to ensure all projects are up to date and with the highest standard.

Your responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.·
• Develop a detailed scheme for allocating tasks.·Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.·
• Act as the point of contact among business unit heads, employees, clients, and other external partners in the absence of the • Senior Project Manager.·
• Take charge of taking minutes before onboarding the clients.·
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.·
• Monitor emails and tasks.·
• Co-work with in-house video editors to edit, stream, compress, and upload video advertisements and/or episodes (OBS Studio, Adobe Premiere)·
• Assist with file management tasks·
• Assist in other project management and marketing tasks assigned by the Senior Project Manager.

Your qualifications:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/ Management (Master’s Degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a plus)

Technical Requirements:
• Knowledge in using OBS Studio/Adobe Premiere.
• Knowledge in using Shopify.
• Must have own computer with minimum specs that can perform the job function, preferably i7 or higher.
• Must have own internet connection with at least a speed of 25 MBPS (download and upload speeds), and with back-up internet connection
• Must have prior night shift experience (at least two years)

Employment Type: Full-time
Work hours: 8 hours per day, 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM Central Time (actual work hours may vary)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Rest Days: Saturday and Sunday
Work Set-up: Remote
Start Date: Immediately (ASAP)
