XLTD is a new and growing apparel manufacturer in the North American men’s big and tall clothing industry. We specialize in providing high-quality clothing options for tall men who require larger sizes. As a growing company, we are dedicated to expanding our presence on major online marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. We are currently seeking a full-time employee to join our team as a Marketplace Manager. This role will be responsible for managing our presence on Amazon and Walmart, focusing on various aspects such as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, keyword research, listing management, inventory, customer service, compliance, and overall marketplace growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of our presence on Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
– Create and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and relevant keywords.
– Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
– Manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid stockouts.
– Monitor customer reviews and ratings, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
– Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and actively seek opportunities to improve customer experience.
2. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising:
– Develop and execute PPC advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales on Amazon and Walmart platforms.
– Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-converting keywords for advertising campaigns.
– Optimize PPC campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI).
– Stay updated on PPC best practices, industry trends, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Listing Optimization and SEO:
– Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize product listings for search engine visibility and higher organic rankings.
– Optimize product titles, bullet points, and descriptions to increase visibility and conversion rates.
– Implement strategies to improve search rankings, including backend keyword placement, HTML tags, and other SEO techniques.
– Regularly analyze listing performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven adjustments.
4. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
– Ensure compliance with Amazon and Walmart policies and guidelines.
– Stay updated on marketplace policies, rule changes, and best practices to avoid violations and account suspensions.
– Address and resolve any compliance issues promptly and effectively.
Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
– Extensive knowledge and understanding of marketplace management, including listing creation, PPC advertising, and inventory management.
– Proficiency in conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies to optimize product listings.
– Strong analytical skills to monitor and interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
– Familiarity with men’s big and tall clothing industry is a plus.
