Marketplace Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketplace Manager to join our team. As a Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online marketplace and ensuring that it runs smoothly. You will work closely with our vendors, customers, and internal teams to ensure that we provide the best possible experience for all parties involved.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction: Outline plans to drive revenue growth and enhance overall client contentment.
Manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace: Oversee regular functions to guarantee a smooth running of the platform.
Monitor sales and traffic data to identify trends and opportunities for growth: Analyze data to detect patterns and areas for potential expansion.
Communicate with customers to address any questions or concerns they may have: Act as a liaison between the company and the customers to resolve any issues.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that our marketplace is aligned with our overall business goals: Work together with various departments to make sure the marketplace is in line with the company’s objectives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our marketplace remains competitive: Keep abreast of the latest marketplace standards and apply them as necessary.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in marketplace marketing or a related field. (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as TikTok shop, Shopee, or Lazada is a plus.
