We are in search of a highly motivated, data-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing our product listings, driving revenue through Amazon Advertising, and navigating the ever-changing Amazon algorithm to ensure that our products are easily accessible to consumers.

Be prepared to discuss a detailed plan on how you can help us grow our footprint on amazon. We are looking for someone who can be a long term part of our team. This is not a remote job. Responsibilities:
– Manage and optimize existing Amazon product listings, including content, keywords, images, and customer reviews.
– Analyze Amazon sales and performance metrics, utilizing tools like Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and other key software.
– Develop strategies to improve rankings through Amazon’s A9 algorithm by researching competitors, trends, and keywords.
– Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns on Amazon (PPC, Sponsored Products, etc.), aiming for a high return on ad spend (ROAS).
– Collaborate with internal departments like inventory management, customer service, and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience.
– Maintain updated knowledge of Amazon’s ever-changing policies, features, and algorithms to ensure compliance and take advantage of new opportunities.
– Monitor the competitive landscape, understanding key market drivers, and providing insights relevant to decision-making.
– Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, summaries, and analysis for key performance indicators and suggest actionable insights.
– Provide Amazon SEO solutions, including but not limited to, keyword research, backend search terms, and competitor benchmarking.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 3 years experience in managing Amazon Seller or Vendor accounts.
– Strong understanding of Amazon’s ranking algorithms and SEO best practices.
– Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings.
– Experience with Amazon advertising tools and platforms, including but not limited to Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Platform, and Amazon DSP.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other data management tools.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
