Job Description

As a Marketing Technology Specialist at 7 Figure Industry, you will be responsible for developing and managing our marketing technology stack. This will include selecting, configuring, and implementing marketing software and platforms, as well as integrating them with our existing systems. In addition, you will be responsible for managing data flows between marketing and sales systems, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing automation, CRM, and lead management systems, as well as a strong understanding of data management and integration. They will also be able to work independently and be proactive in their approach to problem-solving.

Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for multiple marketing technology platforms, including but not limited to CRM, MAP, webinar, and social media tools
Configure platform settings, manage user permissions, create custom fields and workflows, and troubleshoot technical issues
Design and execute complex marketing automation programs using best practices in lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation
Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations on how to improve campaign performance
Generate reports on key metrics and present findings to stakeholders
Stay up-to-date on new features and updates for marketing technology platforms and make recommendations on how to leverage them to meet business objectives
Train new users on how to use marketing technology platforms and create documentation to serve as a reference for common tasks
Collaborate with marketing team members to understand their needs and develop solutions that streamline their workflows
Serve as a liaison between marketing and IT when integrating marketing technology platforms with other enterprise systems
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for marketing technology services
Develop and implement processes for managing marketing data, including data quality control and data governance
Perform regular audits of marketing technology platforms to ensure data accuracy and compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
3-5 years experience in a marketing role with a focus on technology
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and website development
Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Basic understanding of SQL

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Master’s degree in marketing, computer science, or related field
3+ years experience in a marketing role with a focus on technology
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite), video editing software, and animation software
Working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), marketing automation software (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.), and web analytics software (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
Intermediate understanding of SQL
Project management experience
