Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile individual who is passionate about education, is proficient in math and science, and has a knack for assisting with various virtual tasks. As a tutor, you will guide students through their math and science studies, helping them understand complex concepts, solve problems, and build their confidence. As a virtual assistant, you will support the administrative and organizational aspects of our operations.
Responsibilities:
As a Math and Science Tutor:
-Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in math and science subjects, adapting to students’ individual learning styles and needs.
-Explain challenging concepts in a clear and relatable manner, ensuring students grasp the material effectively.
-Develop customized lesson plans and exercises to address students’ weaknesses and enhance their strengths.
-Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their performance.
As a Virtual Assistant:
-You will provide essential administrative and organizational support to enhance our operations
-Perform basic administrative tasks
Qualifications:
-Strong proficiency in math and science subjects, with the ability to teach concepts from basic to advanced levels.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Experience in tutoring or teaching, either in-person or online, is preferred.
-Organized and detail-oriented, capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
-Familiarity with virtual communication tools and online educational platforms.
-Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in administrative roles is a plus.
