Generation eCom is a leading Canadian e-commerce agency specializing in Amazon marketplace management. We are seeking an Amazon Growth Account Manager to join our dedicated team and support the growth and success of our clients on the Amazon platform.

Job Description:

As an Amazon Growth Account Manager at Generation eCom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and prosperity of our clients’ Amazon accounts. You will collaborate closely with our clients, strategists, and internal teams to execute strategies and actions that drive growth, enhance product visibility, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Health Management:
Monitor and maintain the overall health of Amazon accounts.
Implement actions such as coupons, discounts, and listing optimizations to drive sales and profitability.
Ensure product listings meet Amazon’s standards and maximize benefits.
Review and Growth Enhancement:
Work to increase the number and quality of product reviews.
Focus on account growth by analyzing keyword rankings and staying informed about competitor actions.
Provide recommendations for optimizing product listings and content.
PPC Collaboration:
Collaborate with the PPC team to ensure the correct keywords are targeted, and adjustments are made as needed.
Monitor and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
Content and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the content team to enhance product listings and storefronts when necessary.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and report on account performance, issues, and progress to clients.
Maintain an understanding of Amazon’s fee structure and profitability metrics.
Sales and Budget Objectives:
Work towards achieving sales and budget targets set by clients.
Recommend inventory quantities to send to Amazon fulfillment centers.
Brand Protection:
Ensure brand protection by monitoring unauthorized sellers and pricing.
Take necessary actions to maintain brand integrity.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in account management, Amazon Brand Manager, or Amazon Seller management role.
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a must, with knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central being an asset.
Proficient in using Amazon Seller tools and analytics.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and proactive attitude.
