Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced MCA Broker to join our team on a freelance basis. As an MCA Broker, you will be responsible for connecting small businesses with Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) lenders to secure funding solutions tailored to their needs. This is a remote position, and candidates must have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and identify potential small businesses in need of alternative financing solutions, particularly Merchant Cash Advances (MCAs).
2. Build and maintain relationships with business owners, financial advisors, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
3. Educate clients about the benefits and features of MCA loans, including flexible repayment structures and fast approval processes.
4. Assess the financial needs and eligibility of clients, including reviewing revenue statements, credit profiles, and business plans.
5. Collaborate with MCA lenders to negotiate terms and secure competitive funding offers for clients.
6. Guide clients through the application process, providing support and assistance as needed.
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the loan origination process.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
9. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an MCA Broker or similar role in the financial services industry.
2. Strong understanding of Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) products, lending practices, and regulatory requirements.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
4. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
7. Access to a reliable internet connection and computer equipment suitable for remote work.
