Title: Sales Representative
Looking for full-time long-term employees to help my MCA(Merchant Cash Advance) company grow. You will call prospects to find out if they are looking for funding. If they are you get them the application and follow up with them until they fill it out.

Responsibilities
– Initiate outbound communications with new customers via phone, text, and email.
– Following up with clients and prospects.
– Handle inbound call, text, and email communication from new and existing clients.
– Daily email communication with leaders

Requirements
– Receptive and coachable
– Empathetic, excellent active listening skills, outstanding organizational skills, and great attention to detail.
– Internet speeds above 35 mbs
– Back up intent and power sources
– B2 (intermediate) English skills with minimal to no accent

Pay: 22,500-40,000 PHP + bonuses and commission. This will depend on your skill level.

Perks
– You can work as much overtime as you want. I will pay you a salary but if you work extra hours you will get additional pay.
– A prorated 13-month bonus at the beginning of December, depending on how many months you have worked for us.
– Flexible schedule between Tue-Sun 9 pm-7 am PHT
– Regular Holidays off
– Bonus based on the level of impact for improving the SOP or other systems.
-Possibility to earn Commission, exchange fee Coverage(2%) & other Bonuses
