Job Description:
As an MCA Lead Generator at LTS Group, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing potential leads within our target market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads for our Merchant Cash Advance products through various channels and strategies. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the company.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target industries.
– Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking, to engage with prospects.
– Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further follow-up.
– Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target businesses.
– Gather and document relevant information about leads using our CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for converting leads into clients.
– Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, including progress reports and insights.
– Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation strategies accordingly.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of lead generation processes and techniques.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the financial services or related industry.
– Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
– Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with CRM software and other lead management tools is desirable.
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
