Responsibilities:

As a Mechanical Designer, you will:

Utilize Solidworks 3D, 360 Fusion, and Autocad to bring a variety of projects to life.
Engage in CAD design using Solidworks 3D for a spectrum of applications, including smart furniture, sporting goods, prototyping, carbon fiber molds, 3D printing molds, camera rig support platforms, trusses, and various mechanical parts.
Develop innovative design solutions grounded in engineering principles and backed by your wealth of mechanical design experience.
Collaborate closely with fellow engineers to contribute insights to key system designs.
Generate detailed specifications, drawings, equipment lists, technical manuals, and bills of materials using established templates.
Craft technical engineering documentation, such as manuals, SOPs, and risk assessments.
Facilitate seamless communication among engineering teams, fabricators, installation crews, and clients, ensuring project success.
Essential Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

Formal qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting (Diploma, Degree, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Solidworks 3D, showcasing your ability to model and create technical drawings.
Mechanical design experience, preferably in areas such as folding furniture, film equipment, prototyping, structural rigs, and sporting equipment.
A proactive mindset, coupled with a willingness to explore creative solutions and think outside the conventional boundaries.
