In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to their day to day Office Engineering Admin tasks so they can focus more on higher impacting business activities.
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be expected to:
* Helping our clients run their business more profitably by preparing BOQ, BOM and Pricing Jobs.
* Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements
* Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals
* Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors
* Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents
* Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies
* Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required
* Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets
* Doing any Office/Admin tasks delegated by the client
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:
* CAN DO ATTITUDE
*Should have an experience in doing design plans using Revit and must have handle Sprinkler project
* Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar
* Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Sound knowledge of construction
* Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
* Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
* Great networking abilities
