Job Description

We are looking for a Media Ad Buyer for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate plays a pivotal role in executing and optimizing our paid social media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical prowess, and a keen understanding of digital trends to effectively reach and engage our target audience.

The Role:

Full cycle of paid ads: strategizing, building ads, launching ads, monitoring KPIs/metrics, optimizing ads, analyzing ads performance data, and providing recommendations and insights to the client
Support planning and execution across user acquisition channels, including Facebook/IG, TikTok, Pinterest, and more.
Draw insights from data to guide your decisions on optimizations and spend allocation in paid media spend.
Quality control to ensure standards are up to client expectations, naming conventions, ad copy, and deadlines.
Ad loading – building out the ads properly, setting up the ads in the account, ad copy is aligned with the creatives
Reporting/Trend Analysis – The client to provide metrics and templates.
Generate and track UTMs across campaigns.
Continuously optimize ad performance based on real-time data, adjusting targeting, bidding, and creative elements for maximum effectiveness.

The Requirements:

Proven experience in managing paid social campaigns
Proficient in analytics and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights from data
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot, VLookUp, etc.)

Has an understanding of the following:
media metrics, formulas, and the ability to analyze data for insights
basic marketing concepts, such as calculating ROAS by formula or defining click-through rate
Proactive, whatever-it-takes attitude and possess a solid grasp of digital marketing, enabling them to navigate the social ads manager platform efficiently with a keen eye for detail and the ability to extract meaningful insights from account data.
Proficiency in ads manager and social media platforms / advertising tools.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
