Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce a wide range of graphics including wall graphics for stores, flyers, online content, and other promotional materials tailored to the cannabis industry.

2. Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to understand requirements and produce visuals that resonate with our audience.

3. Use color theory and artistic skills to create designs that captivate and engage our target audience.

4. Stay updated with the latest design trends, especially those relevant to the cannabis industry, and incorporate them into our branding strategy.

5. Provide input on the scope of projects, ensuring that all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

6. Review and update existing promotional materials to ensure brand consistency.

7. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Media Arts Designer or similar role.

2. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, bonus if related to the cannabis industry.

3. Proficiency in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.

4. Familiarity with Canva and other design tools.

5. Excellent sense of color combination and design principles.

6. Ability to take feedback and make necessary revisions.

7. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
