Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Virtual Media Buyer to join our team. We are located in Southern California and work with businesses across America like Real Estate, Solar, Roofing, Supplements, and more.
You will have the opportunity to take charge within the structure we provide. We want to hire someone for the long term and not for one off projects or part time. You will be the first media buyer we hire in our company and you will have room to grow as we grow.
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and monitoring advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. You will also be involved in designing videos and pictures using Canva, writing ad copies, installing pixels, creating retaregting audiences, and coordinating with other team members to ensure the smooth functioning of campaigns.
The successful candidate should be proficient in using Slack, , Zapier, and have a good understanding of general CRM functions as well. Knowing ChatGPT and other AI platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on social media platforms, primarily Facebook and Instagram. Will include some Google and YouTube but will train if necessary.
• Create designs and creatives using Canva and write ad copies for multiple industries.
• Perform regular data analysis and optimization of campaigns to ensure optimal results.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth functioning of campaigns.
• Report daily on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team. Your input matters!
Requirements:
• At least 1 year experience as a media buyer, with Facebook and and YouTube is a bonus but not required.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Experience with Facebook and Instagram ads, Canva, and ad copywriting.
• Experience with Slack, , Zapier, and general CRM functions.
• Quick communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Comfortable with the use of technology and ability to learn new tools and software.
• A good computer to work on with stable and reliant wifi.
Salary and Benefits:
• This is a full-time salaried position of $1,000/month and room for growth. Must be able to attend planned team meetings and be responsive during 9-5pm PST, but flexible with exact hours as long as the work is completed by the deadline.
• The position requires a paid 30-day trial period to assess the suitability of working together, after which a full time offer will be made
