Media Buyer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced media buyer who runs ads for Medical Spas and aesthetic businesses. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, and a proven track record of success in driving results for clients in the beauty and wellness industry.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of Medical Spas and Aesthetic Businesses.
– Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
– Create compelling ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages optimized for conversion and engagement.
– Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
– Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports and insights to clients.
– Stay updated on industry developments, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are at the forefront of innovation and effectiveness.

Requirements:
– While traditional education is admirable, we want to see media buying and industry experience over the school years.
Some experience in a social media management position, communications sector, or relevant experience in the medical spa niche is highly recognized.
– Preferred experience with running ads for brick and mortar businesses in the United States
– Other experiences in digital advertising, lead generation, or social media are a major plus as you will be more knowledgeable of the platforms and responsibilities you are engaging with.
– A focus on running ads for Medical Spas and Aesthetic Businesses is preferred but not required
– Proficiency in managing campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive informed decision-making.
– Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
– Proven track record of delivering measurable results and ROI for clients.
– A passion for staying updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
