Who we’re looking for:

We are in search of a full-time Digital Media Buyer who embodies our drive for success and shares our vision for excellence. This role is critical in planning, executing, and optimizing our online advertising efforts to maximize reach and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing effective digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Google, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand goals and objectives.
Keep a close eye on campaign performance metrics, analyzing data to inform decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Regularly report on key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Work closely with the internal design team to plan and schedule the production of creative content for advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with the brand management team to secure and evaluate creative assets, leveraging them for ad testing and optimization.
Strategically plan out advertising campaigns for marquee events, ensuring high visibility and engagement.
Execute retargeting campaigns for purchasers, add to carts, viewed content, video views %, and checkout initiators
Manage pixels and attribution via software and platform settings
Work with design team and developer to optimize website and landing page to maximize CVR

Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 3 years of proven experience in digital advertising, managing paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
Previous experience with CPG or supplement brands is highly desirable, providing an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
