Job Description:
As a Media Buyer for Social Media Ads at The Creative Mind Agency, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms. You will play a crucial role in setting up the advertising campaigns using the provided marketing assets from our creative department to drive the proper avatar based traffic to our clients’ website or landing page to properly convert potential online audiences into converting paying clients. Ultimately aiding in the achievement of their marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Media Strategy: Develop and execute effective media buying strategies to meet client objectives and KPIs on each clients preferred and selected social media platform or platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and ad creative selection. Our company will create the assets for the ad manager in order to comfortably run campaigns from pre-approved content.
Ad Creative: Collaborate with the creative team to design and select ad creatives that align with campaign goals and maximize engagement.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI, including adjusting targeting, budgets, ad copy, and bid strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to clients or internal teams.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and strategies to identify the most effective approaches.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum results.
Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in social media advertising algorithms and policies.
Communication: Maintain strong communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and discuss campaign progress.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in media buying for social media advertising, with a strong track record of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in managing advertising campaigns on popular social media platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Adept at split testing and optimizing ad campaigns for maximum performance.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
Results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed client expectations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (preferred).
