As a Media Buyer, below are your expected responsibilities
– The most critical tasks for the first few months for this role are: strategizing & reporting
– Perform daily optimizations on campaigns to achieve the target goals both for our client account and our internal account. Manage ad campaigns across multiple advertising channels primarily in Meta.
– Refresh ad copies, scrape client creatives, test and track which are top performing ads so we can constantly scale into all clients to improve performance
– Perform daily checks and reporting on client accounts in relation to their campaigns, the tests we’re running, and the progress on the execution of the weekly strategy.
– Ability to provide insights on best creatives and/or copies that can fit our campaigns.
– Use our systems and SOPs daily to deliver results to our clients while suggesting improvements and optimizing those systems.
– Create and improve documentation for clients to streamline team processes and workflows.
– Maintain active communication through email, Slack channels, and/or calls but only as needed.
– Stay on top of the latest trends in Digital Marketing – ideas and options available for us and our clients.
– Conduct periodic research on different marketing strategies we can test for our clients.
We are looking for below qualifications for our applicants:
– Expertise with marketing psychology and what gets people to click & convert
– 3+ years of experience with the Meta Ads platform
– Lead Generation media buying is emphasized – as opposed to E-Commerce.
– Highly analytical and data driven
– Keen attention to details and high degree of accountability
– The ability to analyze data points and provide key insights and recommendations
– Excellent work ethic and can multitask with minimal supervision
– Exceptional teamwork skills: you support the success of your teammates
– Proactively communicates, especially with issues.
– An eye for design and skill in writing basic copies at minimum, although being able to create visual assets is a bonus. Canva or Design experience, video editing skills – preferred but not required.
– Willing to work on Central Standard Timezone – 10AM to 6PM CST.
This job is permanent work from home with a starting monthly fixed rate of $1,000 – $1,200/month depending on your skills, experience and performance.
