Job Description

Our team is seeking an experienced Media Buyer to come on board. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and purchasing media space and airtime for our clients. This individual will work closely with account managers and creative teams to develop and execute media plans that align with client’s marketing goals.

1. Describe your experience with media planning and buying across different channels (Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, etc.)
2. Can you describe a successful media campaign you have managed?
3. What tools and technologies do you use to research, analyze and optimize campaigns?

Responsibilities:
– Researching and analyzing various media platforms to determine the best fit for a client’s advertising campaign
– Negotiating rates and terms with media outlets to secure the best deals for clients
– Creating and managing media schedules and plans
– Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns to ensure they are meeting their goals
– Managing budgets and ensuring that campaigns stay within budget
– Keeping abreast of industry trends and new technologies to identify new opportunities for clients
– Communicating with clients and providing regular updates on the progress of their campaigns
– Identifying and executing programmatic buying and ad-techs for campaigns as needed.
– Collaborating with other members of the advertising team, such as account executives and creative teams, to ensure that the media plan aligns with the overall campaign strategy

Position Requests and Requirements
Skill Set & Experience
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
– 3+ years of experience in media buying or media planning
– Strong understanding of media planning and buying processes and metrics
– Excellent negotiation and communication skills
– Strong analytical and problem solving skills
– Strong understanding of various media platforms, including traditional and digital media
– Experience with media buying software and tools
