Media Buyer

Position Overview:

As a Media Buyer, your mission is clear: drive substantial traffic for Our Buyer Agency Service. We help our clients buy luxury homes in Melbourne, Australia. You’ll oversee all ad campaigns for this service, with an uncapped budget, as long as you maintain Cost per Acquisition within target KPIs. Your compensation will also include a percentage of the revenue generated, offering uncapped income potential for exceptional performance.

Who Is Our Ideal Candidate?

Paid Traffic Expert: Mastery of paid traffic structures across various platforms, including Meta Ads essential (primary source), Google Ads, TikTok ads, and other networks are non essential.
Direct Marketing Specialist: Proficiency in funnel architecture, ad copywriting, tracking structures, email automations to increase consultations and re-engage leads, along with retargeting strategies.
Lifelong Learner: Ability to integrate marketing efforts with other departments, understanding their impact and optimising overall output. Primarily working communicating with our video editor to acquire feedback on what’s performing and how they can be fine-tuned to decrease cost per acquisition and lower lead cost.
Adaptable & Competitive: Thrives under pressure, adapts quickly, and stays ahead of industry trends.

Your Responsibilities:

Media Buying: Manage and optimize ad accounts on Facebook & Instagram (essential), Google Ads TikTok Ads, and more, no essential.
Conversion Tracking: Ensure accurate conversion tracking for campaigns.
Copywriting: Craft high-performing ads, headlines, and scripts for various platforms.
Constant Optimization: Continuously test and improve campaign structures.
Email Marketing Automation: High experience with creating marketing automation workflows to increase scheduled consultations for the business.
Team Collaboration: Participate in daily meetings to synchronize efforts and drive collective success.

Compensation Plan:

Base: $1,000 AUD per month
Bonus: 3% of revenue generated
Compensation Scenarios:
Hygiene Standard: $100k/pm in sales = $3k bonus, Total of $4,000/AUDmonth
Realistic Aim: $300k/pm in sales = $6k bonus, Total of $7,000/AUDmonth
High Performance: $500k/pm in sales = $9k bonus, Total of $10,000/AUDmonth
