Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Media Buyer to join our team. As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Facebook Ads. The ideal candidate will thrive on the challenge of improving campaign performance through A/B split testing and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct A/B split testing to optimize ad performance and achieve primary KPIs.
– Analyze campaign data to identify low-performing ads or ad sets and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
– Launch new ad creatives, including videos, carousels, Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs), and other innovative formats to enhance Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
– Focus on increasing Click-Through Rates (CTRs) and conversion rates to drive meaningful results for our clients.
– Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to continuously improve campaign strategies.
– Other ad-hoc tasks

This role will be a part-time position. You will have the ability to work during the hours that are most comfortable to you, as there will be no required set of hours to be online. With that said, we do expect communication within 24 hours to stay up to date. While weekends and holidays are optional, we allow all of our teammates to work as little or as much as they choose based on how much they want to make or contribute. We expect hours to vary some weeks between 10–20 hours per week.
