Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced media buyer that will be responsible for overseeing our media buying on Youtube.

This will involve planning, targeting, launching, and reporting for all Youtube campaigns to achieve new customer goals within set KPIs.

This includes identifying the right audiences, building and testing creatives, properly implementing tracking to achieve accurate reporting, ensuring compliance and good account standing, and most importantly being able to scale while staying within targeted KPIs (CPA and ROAS).

This is a full-time role and you’ll be expected to work within our office hours between 10am-7pm SGT, 5 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily Campaign Set-Up: Setting up and launching campaigns end to end on Youtube across all objectives
2. Daily Campaign Management: Manage client ad accounts and perform daily optimizations to keep all accounts within KPIs (Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Appointment, ROAs, etc. Clear KPIs will be set by management and Project Managers.
3. Multiple Account Management: You’ll be managing up to a $100,000 SGD monthly ad spend budget across multiple clients
4. Breakthrough Implementation: As a media buyer, you will be responsible for staying on top of the latest trends and changes in Youtube Ads and Digital Marketing. You’ll be responsible for keeping an active lookout into trends, campaign structures that have been working for others and documenting and applying them to our client’s campaigns.
5. Daily Campaign Optimisation / Campaign Scaling / Cost Management: You’ll be responsible for identifying winning ads and audiences to scale, and cutting losing ads and audiences based on set KPIs.
6. Daily Reporting and Tracking: You’ll be responsible for updating campaign tracking sheets with data that your PM and PC can use to make strategic decisions, and that account managers can use to report to clients.
7. Lifetime Strategic Data Tracking: You’ll be responsible for tracking campaign data over time sets to view overall campaign performance, and find insights from mid-long term campaign data. (E.g. last 7 days, last 30 days)
8. Cross-Team Data Communication: You’ll be responsible for sharing data (e.g. last 7 days, last 30 days) and giving insights to copywriters, creatives, and management. (E.g. You need better creatives BEcause CTR All’s are low. Or the video hook isn’t converting based on CTR Link)

REQUIREMENTS:
– A minimum of 1 year of experience managing direct response media buying Youtube campaigns.
– Strong Tracking, Reporting & Attribution Skills: Thorough understanding of the technical aspects of tracking and reporting
– Media Buying Set Up Skill: You’ll need a strong understanding of how to set up campaigns end to end, doing this on repetition for multiple clients, and managing different types of funnel set up and flows. (TOFU | BOFU | Appointments, Webinars,
Etc)
– Media Buying Set-Up Speed: You’ll need to be able to set up campaigns quickly as you’ll be managing a few of them concurrently

1) An understanding of direct response copywriting
2) An understanding of Facebook media buying
3) An understanding of TikTok Ad Buying
4) Has bought media for high-ticket services and info products before
5) Has an understanding of Google ad buying (SEM, GDN)
