Responsibilities:
– Manage up to 7 client accounts at any given time
– Conduct bi-weekly quality control audits on all ad manager’s accounts, collaborating closely with the CEO for strategic client suggestions and improvements.
– Monitor monthly projections, track goals versus actuals, and execute strategic actions based on data insights from ads and funnels.
– Maintain a comprehensive understanding of each client account strategy, involving team members as necessary, and contributing to monthly creative insights to achieve a minimum of 2X ROAS for clients.
– Proactively task necessary funnel work, audits, and creative & copy requirements.
– Prepare and send weekly and monthly client reports with strategic commentary, manage client status calls, and communicate results and progress effectively.
– Send monthly client satisfaction surveys, keep the ad team allocation dashboard updated, and support ongoing projection updates.
– Support onboard of new clients, understanding their strategy, projections, and execution plan for successful and profitable ad campaigns.
– Set up and maintain client ad accounts ensuring optimal campaign structure, targeting, budget pacing, regular testing of new concepts, and accurate tracking at every funnel stage.
– Stay current with client campaign planners, including goals, budgets, links, audiences, and strategies.
– Respond to client communications, questions, and concerns promptly, and stay abreast of new techniques and strategies for improved campaign performance.
– Independently manage client campaign launches, conduct weekly status calls, and use a client call sheet for organized communication.
– Conduct monthly self-assessment reviews for the Ads Manager team, providing constructive feedback, support, and accountability.
– Actively participate in weekly team meetings, contributing strategic ideas and process improvements.

Candidate Profile:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing.
– Exceptional communication skills and client-facing experience.
– Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
– Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals and quick learning ability.
– Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
– Skilled at managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
– Problem-solving mindset with anticipatory thinking.
– A passion for learning, self-improvement, and staying positive and flexible.
– Team player with a collaborative spirit.
– Availability during ET business hours
