Job Description

Role (Overview of the Position)
As a Media Buyer, your role is to successfully create, implement and manage digital advertising campaigns for Online CEO on platforms including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube Google and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated with the Role)
Creating, maintaining and optimizing PPC/Digital Advertising campaigns for multiple clients as well as the Online CEO brand itself.
Effectively managing budget allocation to maximize the success of all launched campaigns.
Continuously using A/B testing of ad creatives, copy etc. to improve key performance metrics of ad campaigns.
Completing daily analysis of campaign data and submitting weekly reporting on recommendations and strategy.
Performing digital advertising audits, keyword searches and overall niche and industry-specific research to learn what best practices are and how to leverage them to our client’s benefit.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks with effective prioritization of conflicting priorities.
Representing the company in a positive light through all internal and client-facing communications.
Actively collaborating with Online CEO Head of Support and Social Media Manager to align digital advertising campaigns with other ongoing initiatives.
Ensuring consistent implementation of best practice guidelines and follow company processes as outlined in provided indexes, templates and SOPs.

Results (Expected Accomplishments)
Meeting or exceeding campaign KPIs as outlined in goal setting meetings.
All projects are completed by 9am EST the day of the listed deadline.
Projects regularly require no more than 2 rounds of revision for preference updates, mistakes, additions, etc.
Creating and maintaining effective systems to improve campaign management process.

Requirements
Minimum 2-years of experience as a Media Buyer or similar role.
Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions.
Must have an excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices.
Must have experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs is required.
Fluent in English and Spanish is required.
Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Has to be studying or process a BSc degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field.
Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
Experience or interest in beauty, travel and coaching industry is a plus.
