I am looking for a part time marketing assistant with the potential of being full time as our clients grow.
We are a business coaching company that helps Fitness Business owners (predominantly gym owners) grow their business – we specialise in strategy, using paid marketing on Facebook and systems and softwares to buy back their time.
WHAT THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
– Onboarding calls with our clients to make sure that they provide us with the correct information and access to their marketing assets, Meta (Facebook) Business Manager, ads accounts and whatever other softwares they use.
– Setting up their Meta Business Manager for pixel installation, domain verification and custom audience set up
– Working with our graphic designer to ensure that the creatives that are made is appropriate for the client’s brand
– Setting up Awareness, Reach and Lead Generation campaigns for our clients
– Providing Weekly reports to our clients on their account performance
– Helping us research top performing content pieces for our clients to get inspiration from – instagram, websites, posts and whatever else we can give to our clients to help them grow their business.
– Helping us research other trends in the market that we can teach our clients.
– Helping us with our own social media, managing our CRM and setting up our own campaigns for Facebook.
– Providing us with weekly reports of campaign performance.
Ideally, the candidate will have:
– Experience with Facebook ads (non-negotiable and will need to show proof of competency with past campaigns they’ve done).
– Experience in using the HighLevel CRM (non-negotiable and will need to show proof of competency with past campaigns they’ve done).
– An understanding of the fitness industry and have knowledge of health and fitness.
– Experience with managing multiple campaigns.
– Experience with social media marketing.
– Experience in using ENVATO, ELEMENTOR and WORDPRESS.
– A high attention to detail and design for quality marketing outputs.

– Consolidata for reports for the business and our clients
– Google Workspace – sheets, docs and slides
IMPORTANT: We would rather find someone that’s PREMIUM AND EXPERIENCED over cheap and new.
We want someone that:
– Can work during Australian business hours
– Is very detailed in the way they communicate and report data
– Is confident with dealing with Australian Business Owners directly
– Has a fast internet (there’s a lot of data that gets downloaded and uploaded for this work)
– … is basically a marketing unicorn.
