We’re on the hunt for a passionate Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta (formerly Facebook) Ads, and Pinterest Ads. As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll spearhead the implementation of kickass campaigns, optimized creative, and laser-focused media buying strategies. Your mission? To help our clients snag consistent leads and sales without getting bogged down in the tech stuff. If you’re ready to make some marketing magic happen, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

Your job will be to use your experience to:
Plan and execute campaigns, ad groups, ads, and audiences for seasonal campaigns with e-commerce clients.
Implement monthly tweaks and optimizations to reduce cost per lead/sale and improve ROI and sales volumes.
Ideate landing pages, ad creative, ad copy, and fill in briefs for the team (or yourself to execute).
Conduct thorough research on target market & personas, aligning messaging with customer language, pain points, struggles, and desired outcomes.
Monitor digital marketing budgets, ensuring clients are informed of potential overspending and recommend budget adjustments when necessary.
Proactively seek opportunities to help existing clients grow.
Collaborate with clients each quarter/season to plan upcoming campaigns and product offerings.
Review audiences, ad sets, and ads, documenting successes and failures for future reference.
Evaluate products or services for sale, identify target audiences and personas, and develop relevant creative briefs.
Ideate and conduct copy tests and tweaks using AI, tailoring them to the audience and client.
Regularly monitor KPIs to proactively address potential issues.
Drive overall campaign strategy.
Generate monthly reports.
Create a plan for images using pre-made templates and saved brand kit in Canva, tailored to appropriate campaign sizes.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in media buying and digital strategy Ideally, you will have proficiency in one or more of these platforms (google ads, Meta ads, Pinterest ads)
Proficiency in crafting and optimizing marketing funnels.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Experience in creating and optimizing marketing funnels.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client sales goals and KPIs.
