Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer with expertise in Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads platforms to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns to drive company KPIs and ROI. This role requires a combination of analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape. YOU MUST WORK EASTERN HOURS. YOU MUST ALSO HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH FACEBOOK AND GOOGLE ADS. IF YOU DON’T HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH BOTH, DO NOT APPLY.

Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Creation & Management: Develop, deploy, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Google, and Tiktok Ads platforms.
2. Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets efficiently across campaigns to ensure optimal spend and performance.
3. Targeting & Segmentation: Utilize advanced targeting methods to reach our ideal customer segments.
4. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations.
5. A/B Testing: Continuously test ad creatives, targeting options, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and with the analytics team to measure campaign success.
7. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and ad formats in the digital advertising space and implement new strategies as necessary.
8. Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
9. Must know how to use Looker Studio in order to create monthly client reports.
10. Advertisements will be for service-based businesses NOT e-commerce/products.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a big plus
2. Two plus years of hands-on experience managing Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads campaigns with a proven track record of driving results.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
4. Proficiency in ad management tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on results and ROI.
8. MUST work 9-5 Eastern Hours
9. Must be a team player and receive feedback in a positive manner.
